The Collective Cleaners is a platform that connects customers seeking cleaning services with independent cleaning professionals. We facilitate the booking process, payment processing, and communication between customers and cleaners. The Collective Cleaners does not directly provide cleaning services; all cleaning services are provided by independent contractors.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

When you book a cleaning service through our platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the cleaning professional. The Collective Cleaners facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the cleaner.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website. Prices may vary based on service type, property size, and additional services requested. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide valid payment information. By booking a service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and fees.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are displayed at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund
• Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure safe access to your property for cleaning professionals
• Treat cleaning professionals with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Report any issues or concerns promptly

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm cleaning professionals or other users
• Circumvent payment processes or engage in fraudulent activities
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Cleaning Professional Terms

6.1 Independent Contractor Status

Cleaning professionals using our platform are independent contractors, not employees of The Collective Cleaners. Each cleaning professional is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business operations.

6.2 Professional Standards

Cleaning professionals agree to:

• Provide services in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses as required by law
• Respect customer property and privacy
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Undergo background checks as required by The Collective Cleaners

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANERS CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar items transmitted through the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
